Indicative only. The figure we quote for your journey is the one that counts, and once quoted it does not change. What moves a price: the exact addresses at each end, the vehicle the party and luggage actually need, whether the car waits or returns empty, and the motorway toll where one applies.
This is the one journey in the family that runs on a purpose-built motorway from end to end. The M-11 Sialkot–Lahore Motorway opened on 18 March 2020, cost Rs 44 billion, is maintained by the National Highway Authority, and terminates right by Sialkot International Airport. Before it existed, this run took over two hours on the Grand Trunk Road; Dawn and the roads record both put the motorway time at around fifty minutes between the two cities.
On the length of the road, two figures are in circulation and we will not quietly choose one. Wikipedia, the roads wiki and Dawn all give 103 km. The News, reporting in 2020, gave 91 km. For the airport-to-Lahore journey specifically a routing site gives about 120 km door to door and roughly an hour and a half.
The toll, and why we cannot tell you what it is
Toll is definitely collected on the M-11 — it has been since the road opened, and since 15 August 2024 M-Tag has been mandatory, so it is electronic only. What we have not been able to find, anywhere, is a published rate.
We checked three separate National Highway Authority toll revisions, including the one effective 10 July 2026 that sets the M-2 car rate at Rs 1,430 and the E-35 rate at Rs 400. None of them lists the M-11. A travel blog quotes a figure; it also states the motorway is 91 km and lists interchanges that do not appear in any authoritative source, so we are not repeating it.
The honest position is that the M-11 toll is payable by M-Tag at a rate the NHA has not published, and on your quote it appears as a line item at whatever is actually paid. We would rather say that than print a number we cannot stand behind.
What the road is like
Four lanes, nine interchanges — Mehmood Booti at Kala Shah Kaku, Shahdara, the Lahore bypass junction with the M-2 and N-5, Muridke–Narowal, Wahndo, Pasrur at the Gujranwala Expressway junction, Daska–Pasrur, Daska–Sialkot, and the Sialkot end where it continues as the M-12. Eight flyovers, twenty bridges, eighteen underpasses.
One documented shortcoming is worth knowing. In November 2022, two and a half years after opening, Dawn reported that the M-11 still had no functional service areas across its full length, describing a high risk of fuel shortage with only a makeshift station near the toll plaza; the NHA said six more months. We have not been able to verify the position in 2026, so we treat it as unresolved and our drivers fill up before joining rather than expecting to fill up on it.
Note also that Gujranwala, despite sitting in the same corridor, is not directly on the M-11 — the motorway passes east of the Grand Trunk Road, and the nearest access points are the Wahndo and Pasrur interchanges.
Who takes this transfer
Two quite different groups. Exporters and buyers moving between Lahore and the Sialkot industrial belt, for whom this is a business run and the motorway is the whole point. And arriving families who have flown into Sialkot because the fare or the timing suited, and whose destination is actually Lahore. The second group tends to arrive at night with a great deal of baggage, which is a different vehicle decision.
Lahore’s own geography is worth a sentence before you plan the drop. Allama Iqbal International sits on the east side of the city, so DHA and Cantt are the near side and the Walled City, Anarkali and Mall Road are the long haul across town. If you are heading for a hotel near the Badshahi Mosque, the last section will take longer than the ninety kilometres before it.
Fill up before the motorway
The service-area position on the M-11 has never been confirmed as resolved. Our drivers refuel before joining it rather than relying on finding fuel along the way, and we would suggest the same to anyone driving it themselves.

Costs for other operators checked on September 1, 2026 and published from their own booking systems, official notices or named third-party sources. Fuel in Pakistan moved from Rs 264.61 a litre in September 2025 to Rs 343.10 by August 2026, so fares here move quickly. Treat these as a guide and confirm with the operator.
Which vehicle actually fits
Seat counts are the manufacturer figures. The passenger and luggage numbers beside them are what the vehicle carries in practice, with the cases people really travel with. If your party is near the limit, tell us the number of bags rather than the number of people, because that is what decides it.

Can you do the reverse, Lahore to Sialkot airport?
Yes, and it is a common booking. Give us the check-in time you want to make rather than the flight time and we will work the pickup back from it.
Is it quicker than the Grand Trunk Road?
Substantially. Dawn and the roads record both describe the motorway as cutting the Lahore–Sialkot journey to around fifty minutes from over two hours on the N-5.
Can you carry commercial samples or export cargo?
Passenger luggage and samples, yes — tell us the volume so the vehicle is sized for it. We are not a freight operator.
Do you meet late-night Gulf arrivals at Sialkot?
Yes. Most of the wide-body traffic into Sialkot lands overnight. Send the flight number and scheduled arrival with your request.
Is there a travel advisory for this route?
No. Punjab, Sialkot and Lahore carry no UK travel restriction.
