Arrange a car with a driver in Pakistan for a defined day, a series of appointments or a longer agreed itinerary. Chauffeur hire should set out the places, duty hours, passenger and luggage needs, and whether the driver waits between stops. Compare the actual accepted hire terms rather than multiplying a one-way taxi fare into a daily price.
Start with the journey planner’s hire options. If the schedule cannot be priced there, request a quote for the complete plan. Check fuel, mileage or route limits, tolls, waiting, driver arrangements and any overnight requirement before accepting. At least seven days’ booking notice is required.
What we commit to, and what we do not
For an airport pickup, check the confirmed meet point and contact method, the final price and what it includes, and when the assigned driver or vehicle details will be available. Terminal access, assignment timing and payment steps vary by journey; rely on the latest written booking instructions.
We deliberately do not claim things we have not put in place. Plenty of operators in this market advertise flight tracking and free waiting periods as standard. We do not make either claim on this site, because we would rather under-promise in writing than describe a service you might not receive. If waiting time matters to your booking, raise it and we will agree it explicitly.
Driver hours are a safety question
Long intercity duties need a plan for both road legs, stops, breaks and the driver’s rest. Do not assume that a one-way travel estimate makes a same-day return suitable. Set out the complete schedule and have the supplier confirm the feasible duty before accepting; road and weather conditions may require a changed plan.
So we will sometimes propose a different shape from the one you asked for: an overnight stop, a second driver, or a later start. UK government advice for Pakistan notes that local driving standards are erratic, particularly at night, and recommends experienced local drivers in mountainous regions. Those are the conditions we are staffing for.
Half-day, full-day and multi-day hire
Most chauffeur work is not point to point. It is a car and driver for a morning of meetings in Islamabad, a day covering the Lahore Fort and Wagah, three days of mill visits around Faisalabad, or a week in Baltistan with the same driver throughout. Those are quoted as time and itinerary rather than as a sequence of separate fares, and the car waits with your bags in it while you are inside.
Tell us the shape of the day rather than the individual legs, including where the car should wait and for how long. If the plan changes while you are travelling, we requote rather than settling up differently at the end.
Choosing the vehicle
Choose the offered vehicle against the actual passenger count, bag sizes, seating layout and route requirements. A model or class name alone does not establish usable passenger or luggage capacity. For a mountain itinerary, ask the supplier to confirm suitability for the accepted road and current conditions. A catalogue listing is not a promise of an exact vehicle or unrestricted route availability.
We will tell you when the answer is no
There are destinations we will decline, journeys that need permits we cannot obtain for you, and single-day itineraries we will not staff. You will hear that when you book rather than discovering it later.

Which vehicle actually fits
These model examples do not confirm the capacity or availability of a particular vehicle. Give the passenger count and the number and size of bags, and check the approved vehicle variation before confirmation.
- Suzuki WagonR 3 passengers, 2 cases Short city transfers on a budget. The tall boot helps more than the engine does.
- Toyota Yaris or Corolla 3 to 4 passengers, 2 to 3 large cases The workhorse. City work, airport transfers and the motorway run between Lahore and Islamabad.
- Honda BR-V 5 passengers with luggage, or 7 with almost none Family airport transfers on paved routes. The third row eats the boot, so it suits children or short hops rather than seven adults with cases. Not a mountain vehicle.

How booking works
- 01 Tell us the journey Where from, where to, when, how many of you and how much luggage. Precise addresses matter more than you would think, because a Rawalpindi address and an Islamabad address twenty minutes apart are very different journeys.
- 02 Review the fare or quote Where offered, online fares and written quotes show the journey and vehicle class they cover. Check tolls, waiting time and extras before you confirm.
- 03 Check your confirmed details Keep your booking reference or written quote. Confirm the vehicle, driver where applicable, and pickup or collection instructions before travel.
- 04 You travel Follow the confirmed meeting or collection instructions. Check the vehicle and, where a driver is provided, their identity before starting.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between this and a taxi?
A taxi completes one trip. A chauffeur booking makes a named, checked driver responsible for you for a defined period, at a price agreed before you travel, with the vehicle chosen for the road and the luggage.
Is the price really fixed?
The accepted fare covers the agreed journey and the inclusions stated in your booking or written quote. Changes to the route, time, stops or vehicle require an agreed revised fare before travel.
Do you track flights?
We do not advertise flight tracking, because we would rather not claim a capability in writing that we have not committed to. Send us the flight number and the scheduled arrival and we will plan the pickup around it.
Is waiting time included?
We do not advertise free waiting time as standard. If waiting matters to your booking, tell us and we will agree it explicitly in the booking.
Will I know who is driving me?
Once a driver is assigned, review their photograph and the vehicle registration supplied for your booking, and confirm the meeting instructions before travel. Do not board a different vehicle; contact support if the details are missing or change.
Can the same driver stay with us for several days?
Yes, and for northern and multi-city itineraries it is what we would recommend. Local knowledge is the safety margin on those routes.
Will you drive a long route in a single day?
Sometimes, and sometimes not. Islamabad to Lahore and back in a day is reasonable. Islamabad to Skardu in a day is not, and we will propose an overnight stop instead.
Can the car wait between meetings?
Yes. Tell us where and roughly how long when you book so the waiting is planned rather than improvised.
Which vehicle should I book?
Tell us passengers, cases and destination and we will tell you. Luggage and road surface decide it, not the seat count on a spec sheet.
Do you provide female drivers?
Tell us when you book if this matters for your booking and we will say honestly whether we can meet it for your dates and location rather than promising it in general.
Can you collect from an address and take us to another city?
Yes. Intercity journeys are priced door to door, with motorway tolls folded into the fixed price.
How far ahead should I book?
Online pickup dates currently require at least seven days’ notice. Check the earliest pickup shown in the planner and confirm availability for your exact journey.
