What does "or similar" mean when I book a Coaster?
It means a bus of the same class, not a guarantee of a Toyota badge. Because Coaster is a class name and not a seat count, "or similar" is only honest once the seating is pinned down. We confirm the actual vehicle and its seat configuration in writing with your quote, so a substitution cannot quietly cost your group seats on the day.
Can a Coaster collect a group from the airport?
Yes. On airport journeys the driver meets your group inside arrivals rather than leaving you to find a vehicle in the car park, which matters when you are moving as a group with trolleys. Is a Coaster comfortable for a long intercity journey?
