Become an iDrive car-hire supplier

Apply as a car-hire supplier if you own vehicles or hold written authority to rent them out. A rental listing requires review of the physical vehicle and the proposed use, even if your business already supplies chauffeur trips. You do not supply a driver for self-drive rental.

• Verifiable registration and ownership, lease or rental authority; accurate make, model, manufacture year, mileage, seating and luggage information.
• Roadworthy condition, maintained tyres and brakes, working safety equipment, cleanliness and service records suitable for inspection.
• Clear, current exterior, interior, registration-plate and luggage-area photographs; no substitution for another vehicle without review.
• Insurance permitting the proposed self-drive rental, including the relevant renter, territory and use restrictions; applicable fitness, tax and permit evidence.
• A reliable availability calendar, collection or delivery arrangements, and a documented handover and return condition record.

Acceptance depends on the vehicle, class, condition and service. No universal age, mileage or insurance limit is promised here; iDrive confirms the criteria and rental agreement before approval.

The rental agreement must state your supplier payment, iDrive commission basis, deposits, damage handling, cancellation and settlement conditions. The published 10–30% transport commission range is not an automatic self-drive rental quote. No listing, utilisation or income is guaranteed.

Admission requires identity and licence checks where relevant, the right to supply the vehicle, and suitable insurance for the actual service. Insurance evidence must be uploaded through an approved secure process and reviewed before acceptance. A private-use policy alone is not evidence of cover for paid passenger transport or self-drive rental.

Fleet and rental applicants use the same company form and select the services they intend to supply. The existing portal handles registration; Pakistan Taxi does not create another supplier account.
