Drive with iDrive: independent drivers and taxi fleets

Bring a driver and a suitable vehicle to the iDrive network. Independent drivers apply for themselves; taxi companies can manage multiple drivers and vehicles under one organisation. Describe your operating areas, capacity and service availability so the team can review the work you can support.

You can express interest in airport, city-to-city, chauffeur, wedding and event transport. Being accepted for one service does not automatically qualify you for every class, area or booking.

• Identity evidence and a current driving licence appropriate to the vehicle and service; contact details, experience and operating area.
• Vehicle registration, ownership or written authority to operate, condition and capacity details, and current vehicle photographs.
• Applicable operating permits, fitness evidence and insurance covering paid passenger transport, with exclusions and expiry dates available for review.
• For companies: business identity, authorised representative, fleet records, dispatch contact and the right to engage the drivers you nominate.

Vetting must consider the business, each driver and each physical vehicle separately. iDrive confirms the applicable evidence for your service and province; there is no blanket claim of police clearance or guaranteed safety.

iDrive takes 10–30% commission on transport bookings, with your exact rate and the commissionable basis agreed in writing before you accept work. Your agreement must explain included and excluded charges, adjustments, refunds and settlement terms. The range is not a promise of a particular rate or net income.

There is no guaranteed volume of work or earnings. Partner companies are responsible for their own driver arrangements. One contractual payee is recorded for each earning; a company booking does not create a second payment to its driver.

Admission requires identity and licence checks where relevant, the right to supply the vehicle, and suitable insurance for the actual service. Insurance evidence must be uploaded through an approved secure process and reviewed before acceptance. A private-use policy alone is not evidence of cover for paid passenger transport or self-drive rental.

Fleet and rental applicants use the same company form and select the services they intend to supply. The existing portal handles registration; Pakistan Taxi does not create another supplier account.
